So, What Exactly is the American West Football Conference?

As one of the most popular sports in America, the game of football boasts an impressive number of loyal and passionate fans. The love for football can be found at every level of the game; from pee-wee to the NFL to the in-between of indoor football. 

Indoor football holds the same rules as traditional professional football, but with several modifications to accommodate the smaller field size. There are several different indoor football leagues, with one of the newest additions being the American West Football Conference (AWFC), home of the Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks. 

With a lack of professional indoor football on the west coast Platinum Events & Security LLC. decided to found the AWFC. The league currently consists of four teams: the Idaho Horseman, Reno Express, Tri-Cities Fire and Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks. 

The AWFC will kick off its inaugural season in March 2019. The Skyhawks look forward to the opportunity to bring fans an exciting and new way to expand their love of football.
