Victory For Skyhawks In Home Opener

The Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks demonstrated their strength and resilience in a thrilling game against the Idaho Horsemen, ultimately emerging victorious in front of their home crowd.

The Skyhawks remained dominant and continued to take a commanding  20-12 lead at halftime. The Horsemen tried to stage a comeback in the second half, but the Skyhawks responded with two quick touchdowns to extend their lead to 32-20.

Although the Horsemen managed to take the lead at 34-32 in the fourth quarter, the Skyhawks refused to give up and returned the ensuing kickoff for a game-changing touchdown by #1 Isaiah Syph. Then A crucial defensive play in the final moments of the game secured the Skyhawks' first win of the 2023 season, much to the delight of their fans.

This victory is a testament to the Skyhawks' hard work and dedication, and they will surely carry this momentum into their upcoming games.
